Today im gonna share my favourite recepie "yummy rajma masala"or"red kidney beans curry"
cooking time:20 minutes
serves:4 to5 people
serving:Its a good combinatoon wiyh parathas,chapathi,plain rice,pav buns etc...
Ingredients:1) 1 cup of rajma beans soaked over night.
2) 3 large tomatoes
3) 2 medium onions
4) 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
5) 1/2 tsp chilli powder
6) pinch of turmeric powder
7) 1tsp of dhaniya powder
8) oil for cooking (use olive oil its good for heart)
method:
1)soak the kidney beans over night,so that its easy to pressure cook them.the size of the kidney beany becomes double when its soaked over night.
2)pressure cook the kidney beans for 10 minutes by adding appropriate amount of salt.
3)Then take an other cooker,heat oil,add sliced onions to it.Let it cook till the onion turns transparent.
4)add 1tsp ginger garlic paste to it,and saute for 2minutes.
5)then add tomatoes and saute again.
6)slowly add 1tsp of dhaniya powder,turmeric powder andchilli powder.
7)now add the pressure cooked rajma and let it cook for 10minutes,till the kidney beans becomes soft.
8)know your yummy rajma masala is ready to serve with parathas,chapathi,plain rice etc.........
